Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Condition for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and unused, in its original packaging. Due to the nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within [X] business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
